CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

​Exchange and Refund Policy

  • We will not accept returns/exchange due to change of mind or change of colours or not receiving during delivery or any such lame excuses . 

  • For Any Manufaturing defect Complaints a full parcel 360 degree opening video is COMPULSORY from beginning till the damaged area is shown in the product. Without a valid 360 degree video complaint will not be accepted. Mail your opening video to vaastramandir@gmail.com

  • Any edited videos or fake opening videos can't be considered.

  • Only SAME PRODUCT Will be Exchanged and NO REFUND.

  • For manufaturing defect products Exchange can be availed only within 24 hours after the delivery.

  • Delayed complaints (after 24 hours of delivery) wont be considered.

  • As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold.

  • Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement only (in case of damages/defects).

  • Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase

  • Respect our customer support team/weavers/delivery partners asscociated with us. Any kind of verbal/written harassement to our teams , use of unacceptable language/tone or attempt of forgery will straight away lead to suspension of account and uneligible for any refund procedure. 

  • In case of any payment failure or transactional dispute, please allow us 5 - 7 working days to process the refund and credit the amount back to customer's bank account.
