Shipping Policy

We do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition. Our shipping policy outlines the process for orders placed on our website.

Order Processing time

All orders which are ready in stock will be processed and dispatched withing 3-5 business days post payment confirmation
Don't worry if you miss out, we'll restock it just for you. Preorder and ready to made orders will take 8-10 days for weaving and polishing post payment and then dispatched

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all states and union teritorries within the geographical boundaries of India
Flat shipping fee 100 ₹ is charged per order except during exclusive offers or otherwise pre mentioned in website banners or communicated verbally
Shipping time will take 5-7 days post dispatch depending on customers location and courier partenrs load ( we do not have any control on the shipping courier partners )
We try to ship with the fastest courier partner available at your location. Do let us know if you have any specific courier partner preference.

International Shipping

International Orders placed on the website are subject to shipping charges applicable on weight of items purchased and country of residence of customer .
Minimum order for international shipping is ₹ 10000

Courier Tracking and Order Delivery

Once products are dispatched you will receive automated whatsapp/sms/email communication along with tracking link and estimated delivery details
In rare case of events ( e.g. during festivals ) when courier partners are having huge number of orders there might be slight delays in delivery which is beyond our control
Only Customers will get communication on date and time of delivery , it is your responsibilty to accept the parcel or provide right instructions to delivery person .
In rare case of failed delivery attempt we will try to reattempt delivery once . If you still do not accept delivery after reattempt the product will be cosidered lost and no refunds entertained.
