• Cards (Credit, Debit, Prepaid)

  • Supports Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express, and Diners Club (where enabled).

  • Suitable for high-value purchases; enables saved cards and OTP-based 2FA for secure checkout.

  • International cards may be accepted subject to gateway settings and RBI guidelines.

• Net Banking

  • Pay directly from a bank account using secure bank login.

  • Available for major Indian banks; useful when UPI is unavailable.

  • Confirmation may take a few minutes depending on banking network response.

• Wallets

  • Pay with leading digital wallets such as PhonePe, Paytm, and Amazon Pay (where enabled).

  • Fast checkout with offers/cashbacks provided by wallet providers from time to time.

  • Wallet availability may vary based on gateway configurations.

• EMI 

  • EMI on credit cards and select debit cards is available as per the Razorpay's gateway eligibility, issuer bank rules, and cart value thresholds. We have no control over this.

  • EMI options are subject to the payment gateway’s terms and conditions; availability may vary by bank, card type, and cart value.

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible pincodes and orders, with an additional ₹50 COD handling charge. This will be added after dispatching the product and will not show in checkout.

  • Order value limits and partial-advance confirmation may apply for high-value or customized items.

  • Please keep exact cash ready; the courier may not carry change. Refusal or non-availability at delivery may lead to order cancellation and restricted future COD.

• Gift Cards, Store Credit, and Coupons

  • Apply valid discount codes at checkout; one code per order unless otherwise stated.

  • Store credits and gift cards can be redeemed as per balance; they are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Discounts typically exclude shipping fees, COD charges, and certain services (e.g., blouse stitching).

Security and compliance

• Payments are processed via PCI DSS–compliant gateways with 2-factor authentication where mandated.

• Card details are tokenized by the gateway; the store does not store card numbers.

• Suspicious or high-risk orders may be held for verification or canceled with refund where applicable.

EMI terms clarification

• EMI availability and exact terms (eligible banks, minimum cart value, interest rates, processing fees, tenure options, foreclosure rules) are determined by the payment processor and issuing banks.

• At checkout, eligible EMI/Pay Later options will automatically appear; if not visible, the cart may not meet provider criteria at that time.

Important notes

• Pricing is in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as stated on product and checkout pages.

• In case of payment failure with debits, share the reference/UTR; reversals typically occur automatically within the bank’s standard timeframes.

Support

• For payment issues, double-charges, failed UPI/card debits, or EMI queries, contact customer support with order ID, payment reference, and screenshots.

• For bank transfer approvals, share the UTR immediately to speed up dispatch.
